Snowbound!

We got pummeled with snow twice this week, and during the blizzard today we ventured outside to take Magnolia sledding down our back driveway. She didn't like it at first, but by the second time down she was saying "more, more" before we even got stopped.

Happy Birthday Magnolia!!!

It's hard to believe that two years has gone by. I was driving by the hospital in Dover teh other day and remembered the day we brought her home from the hospital. It's a feeling I can't quite put into words, that of arriving at the hospital as a family of two and leaving as a family of three. It's wonderful and overwhelming and frightening. I think I cried most of the way home. But anyway, here we are, two years under our belts. In a way it seems like Magnolia has been around forever; I can't quite remember what life without her was like. But in another way, it's amazing to think think of how much she's grown in just two short years. We had a little pizza party for her yesterday, and since she loves cheese so much, I made her a chocolate cheesecake! Here are some pics from the event.


Her dad got her a hot wheels loop di loop and she hasn't stopped playing with it since it's come out of the box.
